I initially met and worked with Jeff when the company I work for experienced flooding in our office suite and black mold was discovered behind the wall paper. Jeff arrived timely, always stayed in contact with us and was flexible with our business needs. Jeff explained his credentials, his method, and what he was looking for. We promptly received a detailed report and remediation plan to work from. He was always readily available to answer questions and help us through our mess. We also had two other companies test and the results were the same, but the plans presented were not sufficient for our needs. I went from being a healthy person to suddenly falling mysteriously ill. I spent four months and thousands of dollars seeing every possible medical specialist only to get no answers. I called Jeff, desperate to get my life back. Instead of coming out and charging me to have potentially, unnecessary testing done, Jeff insisted that my symptoms sounded like a gas leak. He spent time walking me through who I needed to call and what exactly I needed to have tested. After I had the Hvac company come out and determine it wasn’t our furnace or water heater, I called Jeff back to set up an appointment.
